Lee Sherman, one of Formative’s Partners, is a business and marketing executive with 30 years in premier digital marketing agencies Digitas and Razorfish, partnering with C-level clients of fortune 100 companies to deliver competitive advantage through data-driven consumer insight. He partnered with B2B, B2C and social good organizations to plan and execute analytics/learning roadmaps aimed at providing a more engaging consumer experience across touch points and delivering against marketing objectives. Lee has performed extensive client work across the U.S., Asia Pacific and Europe. Lee has experience building teams from scratch, as well as running 1000+ staff organizations with operational control and P&L responsibility.
In his free time, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, downhill skiing, and free diving on the reefs of Hawaii. Lee holds a BA in Economics from Pitzer College, a Juris Doctor from Puget Sound School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
