Upleveling brand and digital presence for a top Customer Data Platform.
BlueConic, a top-tier CDP bellwether, was already leading the field in how teams interact with customers in the privacy-first era. But its visual brand – and how that brand performed within its flagship website – needed a reset. Additional operational and MarTech requirements also called for a re-platform to allow enhanced content collaboration and implementation of a marketing automation system.
Our team of brand designers set to work with brand discovery – interviewing and interpreting feedback to surface the core facets of the BlueConic brand, and ideate those into a new visual language that honored the legacy Founder-led BlueConic, but modernized the system. Then, we took on a full-stack approach to user experience design – including stakeholder interviews, data analysis, competitive analysis, information architecture, wireframes, and ultimately completed site UI design.
As we launched into site build, we implemented new content infrastructure – Contentful – that will scale with BlueConic’s growth, and that provides exceptional efficiency to BlueConic’s Marketing and WebOps teams.
