Ryan Fonk

Creative Studio Manager

Ryan is an expert in overseeing and managing creative studio workflows. He has an advanced knowledge of workflow systems, modern digital technologies, and team building. At Formative, Ryan has worked with many clients driving collaboration delivery across clients and key stakeholders—including National Geographic, Amazon, Washington Department of Commerce, Gates Ventures, Microsoft and more.

Before joining the Formative team, Ryan held design operations positions at Rugged Agency and freelanced for a variety of digitally centered companies.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid reader. He also loves to be in the water, either surfing or rafting or swimming. His wife Sheena and puppy Casco keep him busy and happy.
