Associate Director, Marketing & Strategy

Pablo Mendicuti is an Associate Director at Formative. Pablo works as the engagement lead for executive communications programs for Gates Ventures, Microsoft, Bayer Crop Sciences, and others.

Prior to joining Formative, Pablo spent over a decade working in the public and private sectors, leading content strategy, digital marketing, social media and communication programs for global organizations and the Government of Mexico.

Outside of work, Pablo can be found spending time with his daughters trying to find the best Seattle playground, and with his wife, searching for the best Mexico City-style tacos in the Pacific Northwest. Pablo graduated with honors in Communications and Advertising from Universidad Anáhuac, in Mexico City.
