Associate Manager, Marketing & Strategy

Grace Lahoud is an Associate Manager at Formative specializing in paid media management, strategy, and execution. At Formative, she works on Gates Ventures focusing on campaign development, audience building, execution, monitoring, and optimizing for paid social and digital promotion.

Prior to Formative, Grace worked at Golin, a global PR agency, leading paid media for a variety of government, consumer, and corporate clients. She specialized in optimizing health-based campaigns, owning and managing paid media promotion for multiple government divisions to raise awareness and promote behavior change.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys trying new restaurants, reading thriller and mystery novels, and going on long walks. Grace holds a BA in Psychology and Public Relations and Communications from American University.
