Erin Dunne

Director, Marketing & Strategy

Erin Dunne is a Director of Marketing and Communications at Formative, where she brings deep expertise in global development and sustainability to lead executive communications programs for some of Formative's largest clients.

Prior to joining Formative, Erin worked with a wide range of nonprofits and executive leaders including the World Bank’s Pandemic Fund, the UN Global Compact, Katie Couric Media, McKinsey.org and The Boston Globe. She co-founded the Global People’s Summit to democratize access to the UN General Assembly and was a founding member of the Hive, the UN Refugee Agency’s innovation lab recognized by Fast Company for its creative use of technology to tackle the global refugee crisis. While at the UN Foundation, Erin led award-winning digital and advocacy campaigns, including the launch of Giving Tuesday.

Outside of work, Erin is often off on a Pacific Northwest adventure—hiking, skiing, surfing, or traveling the world with her loyal sidekick, Zorro the dog. Erin is also an avid women's sports fan - supporting local teams, the Seattle Storm and the Seattle Reign.

She proudly serves on the board of the Center for Women & Democracy and holds a B.A. in Political Communications from Loyola University New Orleans.
