Associate Manager, Marketing & Strategy

Chloe Behar is an Associate Manager at Formative, where she is the reporting and analytics expert for her clients’ social media performance. She works closely with client teams to provide insights into campaign performance.

Prior to Formative, Chloe worked at SAP Concur, where she focused on paid media and executed paid initiatives across 15 global markets. She also worked at WE Communications, where she led social strategy efforts, paid media, editorial planning, and executive communications across the technology, healthcare, and consumer industries.

Outside of work, you can find Chloe walking around Green Lake with her friends and trying all the delicious restaurants around the city. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Sociology from Gonzaga University.
