Anders Nordblom serves as an Associate Director within Marketing & Strategy at Formative. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive business growth through innovative solutions. Anders brings 14 years of experience in business strategy and marketing to Formative. Prior to joining the team, he spent 8 years at REI (Recreation Equipment Inc.), where he supported business development, customer retention, strategic partnerships, and content marketing.
Outside of work, Anders enjoys wrangling his two kids—hopefully outside—while attempting to run, bike, or ski. He is also a lover of board games and enjoys taking on craft projects, including sewing and woodworking.
Anders holds a BA in Environmental Science and Mathematics from Colby College and an MBA with a concentration in Strategy from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
