Alice is an Executive Administrator at Formative, where she supports the Operations team in ensuring a productive and supportive office environment for all. Mainly supporting the VP of Operations, she works on all the background logistics it takes to keep an office running smoothly.
Working in a creative office has been fun and engaging but also new to her. Other than her previous role as a temporary Office Coordinator at Wunderman Thompson, Alice primarily worked in education. For many years, Alice poured her passion for education back into public schools by empowering youth as a tutor, academic interventionist, and as a Site Coordinator for Communities In Schools. Although Alice has pivoted to a new career that she loves, education will always be a lifelong passion of hers.
Outside of work, Alice runs a small business on Etsy selling stickers with her own designs, hoping one day you can find her at a booth at your local street fair or convention. She is also an avid manga reader and anime watcher, so if you need recommendations, she's your girl. Alice also loves lurking on Facebook Marketplace for a deal, having game night with friends, and spending time with her cute orange cat Kusco. Alice holds a BA in Communication & Education from the University of Washington.
